The ideal candidate will have an experience in a construction Managerial role and seeking the chance to really excel in their career. The company support progression with opportunity to work under sponsorship towards CIOB Membership.

In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Site Manager in ensuring and delivering on site projects, organising labour, manage site compliance, run motivational tool box talks and relay site progress to the Ops Directors.

The Role:

  • General running of allocated new build sites.
  • Report to the Senior Site Manager and Ops board.
  • Motivate and provide tool box talks.
  • Compliance reports and daily program check.


The Person:

  • Construction Site Manager.
  • Previous experience in a site-based role.
  • Full driving license
