Odessa, Texas (Commutable from: Midland, Midkiff, Penwell, Goldsmith, Notrees)
$35ph - $45ph + 20 Hours Optional Overtime Mon - Friday + Training + Progression + Local Patch + Minimal Overnight Stays + Excellent Company Benefits
Are you a Technician that has worked on industrial diesel engines and compressors, looking to work a local role at a stable company, offering an independent position and progression all the way to Vice President level?

My client has been around for more than 100 years. They genuinely value their employees and have a long-standing workforce. Their current Vice President of Operations started off as a Mechanic, and is one of many success stories within the business.
In this role you will be working as a standalone mechanic and conducting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs on oil field equipment at customer sites and in a shop environment. When travelling, you will be covering a local patch, with less than 10% overnight stays. You will also be provided with a company credit card and a fuel card, alongside a pick-up truck you can take home.

The Role:
* Work as a standalone mechanic and conduct mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs on oil field equipment at customer sites and in a shop environment.

* Be provided with a company credit card and a fuel card, alongside a pick-up truck you can take home.
