Service Desk Support (12 Month Contract)
Derby - Hybrid working
£28,000 Training + Progression + Autonomy + Hybrid

This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing international MedTech company where you will learn new technical skills.

This company are a global leading provider of medical device systems and infection prevention products. Their medical brand has touched millions of procedures in over 30 countries during their 35-year history.

In this role you will be working as part of a tight knit team of Service Desk Technicians providing over the phone customer facing support. You will respond to customer and client enquiries, escalating issues when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a service desk or technical support position. You will have an excellent phone manner and be confident with incident management. Experience with Office 365, Service Now and Active Directory is ideal.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business in the MedTech space in a position offering excellent training and the opportunity to learn new technologies.

The Role:
*Working as part of the service desk team
*Supporting Customers over the phone
*Troubleshooting 1st line technical issues
*Escalated queries when necessary
*Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Person:
*Experience in a service desk or technical support environments
*Confident on the phone dealing with customer queries
*Understanding of troubleshooting and incident management
*Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and Service Now would be beneficial
