Service Desk Engineer
Bristol - 3 days a week in the office
£25,000 - 30,000 (DOE) + Holiday + Pension + Hybrid Working

Fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing and successful company in the heart of Bristol who will offer you great training and progression opportunities in an autonomous but supportive environment.

They are an independent law firm who specialise in multiple sectors and are now urgently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to replace a leaving employee.

In this role you will be resolving IT support tickets, providing solutions in a number of different technology areas. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to come to the Bristol office 3x a week.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and previous experience as a Service Desk Engineer. Any previous experience with law firms or in the legal sector would be beneficial but not essential.

The Role:
