Are you a Service Scheduler or Coordinator from the data center industry, looking for a fully remote role where you'll have autonomy to manage your own time and day whilst being trusted to keep engineers and projects on track?

You'll play a vital role in planning and scheduling all jobs for Field Service Engineers, ensuring smooth operations across preventive maintenance, T&M assignments, and emergency call-outs.
This role is ideal for someone with proven industry scheduling experience who enjoys being at the centre of operations, ensuring jobs are delivered smoothly, and looking for a stable, remote position with long-term growth.
The Role:
- Schedule service jobs nationwide for Field Service Engineers and subcontractors
- Manage engineer calendars and confirm details with clients
- Track service reports, job documentation, and follow-up actions
- Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and engineers
The Candidate:
- Previous experience scheduling service jobs in data center environment or similar
- Strong understanding of service task durations and requirements
- Excellent communication skills with both engineers and clients
