This is a diverse role where you will be responsible for ensuring all correct work practices, procedures and safety precautions are followed to ensure a brilliant service to the customer is provided.
My client operates in a range of locations across the UK and is globally respected for the quality of its equipment, they are constantly expanding and as such looking to employ a Service Controller to represent the company ensure all customer interactions are processed and dealt with well.
This is a Monday - Friday position with a range of responsibilities including: Ordering parts, ensuring equipment is safe before delivery, liaising with customers regarding invoice & warranty queries and assisting the wider service team with diagnostics and repairs.
