Senior Superintendent - Electrical - Data Center

You will play a critical role in managing complex electrical infrastructure on one of the most technically advanced and prestigious projects in the country.
This firm is a highly respected construction contractor specializing in large commercial and industrial projects across the U.S. They offer long-term progression and exposure to landmark builds. Due to rapid growth within their data center division, they are now seeking a Traveling Superintendent with an electrical focus to oversee delivery and coordinate with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
This role suits someone looking to elevate their career by leading the electrical scope on one of the most significant data center developments in the U.S., while working alongside top-tier technical professionals.
The Role:
Traveling Superintendent (Electrical Focus)
Overseeing electrical scopes on a $1B package within a $3B data center project
Managing site operations with a focus on power distribution, switchgear, UPS, and critical systems
Driving schedule, quality, safety, and cost control for electrical delivery
Ensuring successful commissioning and handover of mission-critical electrical systems
The Person:
Strong background in electrical construction management, ideally within mission-critical or data center environments
Experience managing large-scale power distribution, switchgear, and critical electrical infrastructure
Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to travel and be site-based in Fargo, ND
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing organization delivering landmark projects
