You will play a critical role in managing complex mechanical systems on one of the most prestigious and technically advanced projects in the country.
This firm is a highly respected construction contractor specializing in large commercial and industrial projects across the U.S. They offer long-term progression and exposure to landmark projects. Due to rapid growth across their data center division, they are now seeking a Traveling Project Manager with a mechanical focus to oversee delivery and interface with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
This role suits someone looking to take their career to the next level by leading the mechanical scope on one of the country's most significant data center developments while progressing within one of the fastest-growing contractors in the U.S.
The Role:
Traveling Project Manager (Mechanical Focus)
Overseeing mechanical scopes on a $1B package within a $3B data center project
Managing full project delivery with a focus on HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems
Driving schedule, quality, safety, and cost control for mechanical delivery
Ensuring successful commissioning and handover of critical mechanical systems
The Person:
Strong background in mechanical construction management, ideally within mission-critical or data center environments
Experience managing large-scale HVAC, piping, and mechanical installations
Proven ability to manage complex projects and technical systems
Willingness to travel and be site-based in Fargo, ND
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ambitious and driven to progress within a high-growth organization delivering landmark projects
