$150,000-$170,000 + Bonus + Medical/Dental/Visual + Profit Share + PTO + 401(k)

This is an internally and externally client facing position where you will be responsible for successfully managing the estimating and preconstruction activities for large solar utility scale projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive estimating and management experience within the construction industry. They must have well rounded experience in all estimating disciplines and be able to perform full conceptual estimates. They must be a natural leader with the ability to successfully manage a team with little direction.

The role:

*Leading the preconstruction activity for large utility scale solar projects
*Perform conceptual estimates
*Take off reviews, client face off's (external and internal)
*Reviewing designs
*Responsibility over the full project preconstruction lifecycle

The Person:

* Must have extensive experience estimating at a high level
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil engineering or Electrical Engineering
* Must have the ability to perform conceptual estimates
* Ability to successfully self-manage work assigned with very little direction
*Excellent leadership skills
