This company is at the heart of East London and has delivered many projects for the community. As the company continue to grow they are looking to bring on a Senior Planning Development Manager to keep up with high demand.
This role will therefore suit a Senior Planning Development Manager, who has experience dealing with a large programmes.
The Role:
* Mainly housing regeneration projects
*Dealing with planning appeals, hearings and public inquiries.
*Full life cycle projects
*Hybrid (2 days in the office)
*£53,285
The Person:
*At least 3 years in a similar position
*Experience planning large complex projects
*Regeneration projects experience
