Sales Engineer

Are you a Field Sales Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to implement positive change in an industry leading manufacturer's success?
On offer is an incredibly autonomous position that will allow you to utilize your technical knowledge and expertise to excel and grow as a Sales Engineer, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!

You'll connect with customer representatives, including engineers and purchasing agents, to showcase the desirability and value of company machinery, systems, and services. Your efforts will contribute to the successful closure of sales and the acquisition of orders.
In this role, you will be selling company products, such as electronic equipment and hydraulic systems through multiple avenues such as attending customer facilities, as well as representing the company at trade shows for product promotions. You will also be monitoring market trends. This role requires an estimation of 40% travel, which would be state travel, as well as occasional international trips to Europe, China and Turkey.
This role would suit a Field Sales Engineer looking to work for a successful organization that allows for future progression and growth, whilst offering excellent benefits such as an uncapped commission scheme!
The Person:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, or alternatively detailed experience selling capital equipment
- Machinery background
- Sales and great communication skills
- Willing to travel and work internationally when needed
The Role:
- Meeting customers and clients and engaging in new business
- Check on Market trends and evaluating company's sales performance
- Selling electronic equipment, hydraulic press systems and supplies
- 40% travel, State wide as well as international (Europe, China, Turkey)
