Birmingham

£35k-45k + Commission Structure (60%-100% OTE) + Excellent Progression + Training Plan + Benefits

Do you have experience in sales within telecoms or a similar background? are you seeking the chance to develop your skills and progress within an ambitious and exciting start-up business environment?

The business has the vision to transform broadband connectivity speeds for both commercial and residential customers. They provide end-to-end delivery of projects internally from inception, survey, and design through to delivery and completion. The long term vision of the business will be achieved through the continuous growth and recruitment of like-minded individuals.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, have a can do attitude and excels in generating outbound business. You will be a highly effective communicator and can demonstrate examples of leadership within your career.

The Role:
*Identifying and winning over business relationships through outbound sales
*Provide strategic direction for your team, helping them to achieve targets
*Develop and action strategic sales plans
*Produce regular monthly reports on your teams new business performance, engaging all stakeholders and ensuring strong communications are established and maintained

*Experience and proven performance in an outbound sales environment
*Can demonstrate leadership
*Self starting attitude
*A passion for sales and learning new technology
