This company having grown quickly since their inception, and are looking to go through another exciting phase of growth because of their impressive order book, working with high-end clients across prime residential areas in London. Offering private services from concept to completion, the company now require a Quantity Surveyor to help them achieve their ambitious plans.
In this role you will work on behalf of private clients, liaising closely with other contractors on a range of prime-residential projects in London. You will split your time between the office, working remotely and attending regular site visits, being tasked with preparing cost and tender estimates, tender documentation, contracts and ensuring projects run to strict budgets.
The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with previous residential experience.

- Working on highend, residential refurbishment projects
- Responsible for a range of pre/post contract duties including cost estimates, scheduling and tender documentation
