Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

In this role you will be based in their Wolverhampton office, playing a crucial part in exciting projects which will range in size within the residential sector. Working closely with the team,?you will help to estimate and control costs, complete quantity take-offs, issue labour packages, form CVR's, procure materials, manage contractual relationships and monitor the project and overall cost until completion.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of quantity surveying experience within the construction industry. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.
