In this role you will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the designated project specification, pricing structures, programmes, and contractual conditions. As well as reviewing and assisting in the negotiating client and main contractor contract documentations. Also, you'll be assisting other departments with the pre-start planning and programming amongst other responsibilities.
Therefore, this role will be best suited for an experienced Quantity Surveyor within the Construction industry. Who is highly motivated and driven and is looking to develop and progress in their career.
