This growing company specialise in interior fit out, extension and refurbishment of various commercial projects across the UK as a principal contractor. Working within the leisure, hospitality, commercial and health sectors, this successful business have now expanded into a new exciting sector in the construction industry projecting to further boost their growth and turnover. Now, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business and take a lead commercial role.
In this role you will be based from the office near Dunchurch with site visits and the option of hybrid working. You will take the lead Quantity Surveyor position in the business and be responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects. You will complete pricing and tenders, liaise with clients, oversee project plans and specifications, identify cost efficient processes, develop scope of works, complete valuations and variations and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
You will need a commercial Quantity Surveying background and full UK licence to be successful in this role. You will need to be confident, ambitious, have good communication and be happy to travel UK wide.
