Quantity Surveyor
£60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Residential Experience looking to join an award winning housing developer who build prestigious developments .

This award winning housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. This company have managed to thrive since the pandemic and have a five year growth plan with will increase their current plots per year by 100. Although they have major growth plans they are determined to commit to their original focus of building prestigious developments.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity surveyor who is looking to join a High Quality Developer with and play their part in the success in a growing company.

The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveyor experience with a Residential housebuilder who is looking to contribute to a companies continued success.

The role:

  • Sub contract procurement / Management
  • Cost reporting
  • Picking up changes/ variations to plan
  • Analysing and reporting costs

The person:

  • Quantity Surveying Experience
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in the Residential sector
