Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with high-end residential and commercial experience to join a growing company offering an exciting role with autonomy and the chance to progress your career.
On offer is the chance to work through the full project lifecycle, on a high-end residential and commercial projects on heritage buildings with a close-knit and growing team.
This company having grown quickly since their inception, and are looking to go through another exciting phase of growth. Working with high-end clients on heritage buildings across the South East. Offering private services from concept to completion, the company now require a Quantity Surveyor to help them achieve their ambitious plans.
You will split your time between the office, working remotely and attending regular site visits, being tasked with preparing cost and tender estimates, tender documentation, contracts and ensuring projects run to strict budgets.
The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with previous heritage building experience.

The role:

  • Working on highend, residential and commercial refurbishment projects
  • QS to work projects from start to finish
  • Heritage building experience
  • Be part of a small, closeknit team

The person:

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Previous residential and commercial experience
  • Previous heritage building experience
