Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with commercial surveying experience to join a successful, growing consultancy in a role with a diverse workload, fantastic client facing opportunities, team support and alongside a generous salary and package.


On offer is the chance to join a reputable, friendly consultancy based in East London that are driven and ambitious with plans to grow their team in the next few years as their clientele and work increase. Hoping to find someone to grow and develop with the company and help increase the success of the business.


This well - established company are a multidisciplinary surveying consultancy covering multiple areas of Quantity Surveying including residential, commercial, healthcare, education. With a variety of clients including local authorities and large commercial corporations the workload is diverse and interesting.

They have incredibly low staff turnover and pride themselves on their honesty and integrity as well as giving a highly personal service to all clients. This expanding company are now looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor in line with their long term growth plans and as their workload increases.


The role is ideal for someone that is a qualified MRICS Quantity Surveyor with multiple years experience post qualification. However, they are also excited to look at candidates who are currently AssocRICS and motivated to reach MRICS.

This role will include a full range of project and professional duties working for both private and public sector clients. The candidate will require experience in Project Management, Employer Agent and Contract Administrator roles on projects of various sizes.

The Role:

  • Final Account Preparation
  • Project Management duties
  • Pre-Tender Estimates
  • Cost Planning and Cost Advice
  • Financial Appraisals


The Person:

  • MRICS qualification desirable
  • Freindly personality
  • Successfuly work autonimously in their role
  • Microsoft office (Microsoft Project)
  • Driving Licence essential
