Quality Inspector – Shift Based
£28’000 + Bonus + Pension + Training and Development + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Are you a Quality Inspector who can read engineering drawings? Can you use specialist measuring equipment i.e. – Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Slip?
Established over 100 years ago this company design and manufacture a variety of specialist vehicles for applications across the globe. They have invested millions into a brand new site and as a result of their expansion require a Quality Inspector to join their double days shift.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the components produced are of the highest quality and correct to customer specifications. You will be reporting directly to the Quality manager and supporting the welding team by carrying out welding inspections and other manufacturing areas.
This opportunity would suit a quality inspector looking to join a company which can offer technical development in an expanding business.
*Quality Inspector role
*Working with CMM tools
*Supporting Welders through Welding inspection
*Checking products against customer specifications
*Working 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating shift
* Must be from a quality inspection background
* Must be able to read engineering drawings
* Ability to use specialist measuring equipment i.e. – Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Slip
* Experience of welding inspection highly desirable
