This specialist manufacturer who have recently celebrated their 20th Anniversary specialise in designing and manufacturing products for the oil/gas industry. Their success has led them to be the largest manufacturer of their goods globally, with other production facilities also overseas. They are seeking an ambitious individual with Purchasing/Coordinating experience looking to kick-start their career working for a successful manufacturer.
In this role, you'll be providing operational and admin support to the business. You'll be responsible for coordinating the purchase of products and materials on behalf of the business.
This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturer who are a global leader in their produced goods, in an interesting role with opportunities for industry training and long-term development.
THE ROLE:
*Coordinating the purchase of products and material
*Be a key contact and maintain good relationships with vendors and agencies
*Monitor, amend, track and place purchase orders and purchasing invoice queries
*Industry and internal IT systems training
THE PERSON:
*Administration/Purchasing background
*Customer Service background
*Any background considered (Engineering/Manufacturing preferred)
*Computer Literate
