In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale solar PV projects. You will ensure each project meets the Solar Project requirements including quality, schedule and budget. You will work closely on-site alongside the Owners, Architects and Subcontractors. Working within agreed budgets and time frames, you will be expected to maintain a disciplined tracking and reporting regime using recognised project management techniques and tools.

The ideal candidate will be a self-performer and able to commit to multiple state high travel. They must have extensive experience as a Project Manager within the Solar/EPC construction industry. They must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills as they will be required to interface directly with owners' representatives, the A/E team, building departments and other team members.

The role:
*Manage preconstruction services- reviewing Owner's expectations, manage entire preconstruction process through to GMP or Lump Sum contract.
*Identify key subcontractors, participate in partnering sessions, investigate site, identifies long-lead items
*Negotiate contracts, co-ordinate with the design team and review designs
* Develop, monitor and update project schedules as well as review project costs in order to meet budget

The person:
*Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager within the Solar Industry
*Strong communication skills
*Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
*Must be open to high travel
