Project Manager (Full Relocation Package)

With a secure and expanding pipeline of work, the business is now looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery and play a key role in its continued growth.
In this role you will lead projects from contract award through to close-out, managing all aspects of scheduling, subcontractor procurement, financial performance, and client relationships. You will be given genuine autonomy to run your projects and make decisions, with the full support of an experienced preconstruction and site team behind you.
This is located in a gateway to some of Northern California's most breathtaking landscapes. Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown, and the Trinity Alps are all within easy reach, making this one of the best locations in the country for anyone who values the outdoors as much as their career.

The Role:
- Own full project delivery from contract award through to close-out across multifamily construction projects
- Lead client-facing meetings, managing progress reporting, change orders, and stakeholder relationships
- Execute subcontractor buyouts, negotiate contracts, manage project P&L, and drive financial performance
- Conduct site walks, lead punch processes, and take ownership of quality control and warranty close-out
The Person:
- Proven background as a Project Manager within multifamily, residential, or commercial construction
- Strong command of scheduling, subcontractor management, project P&L, and change order processes
- Confident communicator with owners, subcontractors, and design teams; able to drive accountability across all stakeholders
- Proficient with construction management and cost tracking software
