Project Manager
$100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + PTO + 100% Insurance Paid + 401k
Cape Canaveral, Florida (Commutable from Titusville, Melbourne, Azalea Park)
Are you a Project Manager looking to work on exciting and cutting edge projects within a growing team?
Do you have experience in Concrete, Earthworks and Excavating projects and looking to train and work on specialized projects?

In this role, you will be based in their Cape Canaveral office, playing a key role in the development of projects, focussing on the progress, safety, deadlines and budgets of the day to day running of the office and projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a project manager, having previously worked on large-scale earthmoving, site prep and concrete projects.

The Role:
- Develop and Communicate plans, schedules and budgets
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors and clients during the construction process
- Train and grow the team and up-and-coming foreman

- Experience as a Project Manager
- Previously managed projects within the excavation, site prep, concrete industries
- Looking for training and progression opportunities
