Our client liaises with clients around London and the home counties, composing improved and affordable healthcare establishments evolving to provide exceptional clinical service and healthcare economy needs.
Through their work with an abundance of governmental healthcare departments and varied private sector clients, they are now looking to enhance their renowned services by introducing an experienced project manager to the team.
Our client is based in London, and specializes in the refurbishment of projects primarily within the healthcare and commercial sectors. You will be able to take responsibility and leadership of projects, to ensure that all tasks are well coordinated, and all procedures are complied to.
You will work liaise with the consultant's team, and build strong relationships with clientele across the sector, and work closely with project stakeholders to compose operational requirements. You will also maintain contractual requirements, and quality checks on each project whilst upholding strong analytical and communication skills.
You will also be required to maintain contractual requirements, maintain overall project plans, as well as oversee and update business cases and tenders where required.
This role ideally suits a candidate with previous experience in construction project management, ideally within the healthcare/ and or commercial sector.
