London based (First Project in Surrey)
£70k-£80k
Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a Design and Build background to join a well-established, reputable construction company. This is a role with a varied workload, natural progression opportunities alongside a great salary.
On offer is the chance to work in a fast paced environment on a range of projects with a quick turnaround, in a role which could see you moving into senior positions in the company.
This esteemed company are long standing within the industry due to the tradition and quality of products and service they provide. They are now looking for a Project Manager with a Design and Build and New Build background to join the company, overseeing projects from start to handover.
In this role you will be based in the London office, but joining a project based in Surrey. You will be overseeing sites predominantly across London and the South East.. You will be required to visit site and ensure the project runs smoothly. As a Project Manager you will organize subcontractors, meet with clients, ensure Health and Safety measures are in place and met.
