Working as part of the management team, on offer is a highly-autonomous and varied role, where you will ensure that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst leading Continuous Improvements and New Product Introduction. You will also play a pivotal role in developing Engineers onsite.

This role suits a Production / Continuous Improvements Manager, from a Chemical Manufacturing background, looking to join a global manufacturer, offering autonomy, progression, and further training opportunities.

The Role

  • Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met
  • CI and NPI, also playing a pivotal role in developing Engineers.
  • This position will start on Monday - Friday, days, with long term potential to move to a 4 on 4 off, days and nights role (shift allowance applicable).
