Production Planning / Scheduling Manager (Career Progression)
£60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Private Pension + Medi-Cash + 34 Days Holiday
Commutable from Bodmin, Wadebridge, Liskeard, St Austell Par, and surrounding areas in a workshop-based role
Are you from a Production, Planning, Scheduling or similar background looking for a highly autonomous role, where you will oversee a multi-million pound specialist factory alongside an excellent leadership team, where you will be given all the tools to put your own stamp on the role?
This is an excellent opportunity where you will full autonomy to manage 4 direct reports, oversee the planning and scheduling of the factory and receive industry specific training to continue to upskill and progress, where you will play a vital part in the companies growth.
This is a bespoke medical manufacturer, who have a high end bespoke engineering site, where you will be part of a close knit expert team.
This role will suit someone from a Production, Planning, Scheduling or similar background looking for a highly autonomous role.
The Role:
*Oversight of the Planning, Scheduling and overall running of the Production environment
*Managing 4 direct reports to ensure KPI's and deliverables are met
*Further training and scope of career progression
The Person:
*Previous background or experience within an Engineering or Technical environment
*Background or experience with Scheduling, Planning or Coordinating.
