In this role you will be responsible for in excess of 50 production staff, organising the work scheduling process and ensuring the department meets customer requirements. You will have full responsibility for compliance to company procedures, while focussing on improving site operations.
The ideal candidate will be a production manager/supervisor from an FMCG background, and have previous experience managing a large production team.
