Job description


Ongoing development:
- Use market information to ensure product remains competitive and differentiated
- Use client, market and internal feedback to constantly drive innovation
- Maintain a strong content understanding - methodologies, frameworks, trends, market initiatives, etc
- Ensure that product roadmap is actively managed
- Own and deliver requirement specifications
- Sign off on all product testing

Competitive positioning:
- Maintain up to date awareness of current and emerging competitors
- Identify and build a competitive map of product functionality SWOT

Delivery capability:
- Train CST team on any new functionality to ensure they can implement, train and support clients
- Review product performance, support requirements and issues with CST Heads quarterly
- Develop support and training materials and review and incorporate any feedback from CST
