This company are a leading fabrication company that work with a number of highly-regarded general contractors across the US, providing a range of services that has made them a go-to for fabrication and OEM manufacturing. Due to continued expansion and a huge project list, they now require a Plant manager to bolster their team.
In this role you will lead and be responsible for a steel fabrication workshop, managing scheduling as well as purchasing and logistics. Your overall responsibility will be to maintain and improve company output and performance.
This role has huge future opportunities if you are successful, with opportunities to become a the future head of the company and receive further profit share opportunities.
