On offer is a hands-on Plant Manager role leading production operations within a specialized fabrication environment. You will oversee plant performance, workforce development, production scheduling, safety initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiency while working closely with engineering and leadership teams to support major industrial projects.
This role would suit a Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Leader from a fabrication, pressure vessel, piping, or heavy industrial manufacturing background looking for long-term progression within a stable and growing organization.
The Role:
* Oversee daily plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency
* Lead supervisors and shop floor personnel across scheduling, workflow, and performance management
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across throughput, cost reduction, and operational performance
The Candidate:
* Plant Management, Manufacturing Management, or Production Leadership experience
* Background within fabrication, pressure vessels, piping systems, or heavy industrial manufacturing
* Strong leadership, scheduling, and operational management experience
