Planning Administrator - Gas Service

Sutton , South West London

£21,000 + Shifts + Pension + Excellent Benefits.

This well-established UK wide building consultancy work predominantly in the education and commercial sectors providing a variety of building services. With number of high- profile clients across the UK they are in a period of growth and expansion with the aim to become a fully comprehensive consultancy covering all building services. They are now looking to develop their Gas service department and are looking to recruit a Planning Administrator who will be reporting to the Planning Team leader

In this role you will be based in their Head Office in Sutton. Part of the responsibilities include Effectively planning the engineers work, Taking ownership of your engineers' daily workload and Inbounding calls from the engineers on the dedicated engineer line.

You will be managing and actioning the action lists while also ensuring all works are planned in and completed within the contracts SLA. You will also be handling administrative and telephone correspondence both office and field to ensure the smooth running of all contracts. In the event of an absence, you will manage and monitor any changes that may occur to the work schedule.
