Payroll Assistant

£28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Company Benefits + Days

Billinghurst (Commutable from: Horsham, Crawley, Pulborough, Petworth, Rudgwick, Worthing, Henfield)




Are you a Financial Administrator / Payroll Assistant looking to join a nationally-renowned company where you can play a key and varied role within their successful finance team?




On offer is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established company who will invest in training and development, alongside a stable Monday - Friday days-based role.




This continually expanding company specialise in the Plant industry. As a result of their growth they are now looking for a Financial Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.




You will play a key role in managing the business' payroll processes alongside a variety of other administrative tasks. This will require the ability to build and maintain great relationships within the company.




The role would suit someone with experience in managing payroll, looking to join a reputable company whilst becoming a valued member of the finance team.





The role:

  • Processing weekly payroll ensuring all payments are calculated accurately.
  • Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
  • Office based (Billinghurst)
  • First point of contact for staff payroll enquiries.




The person:

  • Previous experience in Payroll / Finance Administration
  • AAT qualified (Preferred).
  • Experience with Sage 50 Accounts / Payroll (Preferred).
