Customer Support Executive

£21,000 + Hybrid Working + Progression + Company Benefits

Commutable from, St Helens, Liverpool, Warrington, Widnes, Manchester

Do you have a background in Customer Service and are you now looking for your next opportunity to work within an established company and be the first point of contact for a range of blue chip customers?

On offer is the chance use your skills to support a busy operations team, where you will be the face of the business and have a detailed understanding of customer requirements. This is a varied role where you will have a key impact on the business. This role has a hybrid working pattern.

The company operate across 3 sites in the UK and operate internationally. Due to a sizeable increase in financial performance, the company are now looking to expand their team and capitalise on the market.


The Role:

  • First point of contact for customers.
  • Working as part of the Operations team.
  • Hybrid working pattern.



The Person:

  • Proven Customer Service experience.
  • Background in parcel or packaging industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Looking to work for an established company where you can progress.
