Operations Manager (Social Housing)
£38,000 - £42,000 + Training + Pool Car + Secure Parking
Office Based + Site Visits in the Bristol area Commutable from Bath, Avonmouth, Thornbury and surrounding areas

Are you from a people focused background looking for an management position with a rapidly expanding company in the social housing sector and having the autonomy and authority to help vulnerable people get back on their feet while also furthering your own career?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their management skills and be recognised as a member of staff who is capable of providing a brilliant service, while helping potentially vulnerable people.

This family run company have been in the housing sector for more than 30 years and have over 350 rooms around the Bristol area. They are looking to capitalise on the back end of the COVID-19 crisis and expand this portfolio by hiring an Operations Manager to assist with the day-to-day running of the company.

This role would suit a candidate who is looking for an authoritative position where they have an opportunity to manage a team and help the less fortunate.

The Role:
*Office Based with Occasional Site Visits
*Management of: Budgets, Reports, All Work Allocation, Relationships with Stakeholders and Residents
*Accountable for all daily operations (including line management of employees)

The Person:
*Previous experience in an autonomous role within the Social Sector
*Looking for an opportunity to help vulnerable/ less fortunate people
*Looking to develop managerial skills in a family run business
*Enhanced DBS check required
