£24,000 - £27,000 + Progression + Training + 28 Days Holiday + Company Benefits + Hybrid Working Option

Do you have any experience in property/facilities management or property help desk advising and want to join a fast-growing property management company who have sustained growth who have really thrived during the pandemic and are offering a very secure working environment.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact with regards asset management, contract management and compliance of their managed properties communal areas.

*Main point of contact regarding asset compliance and management
*Organising and managing the external contractors
*Managing the communal areas on managed buildings only

*Previous experience in a Facilities or Property Coordinator role
*Good customer service skills
*H&S or Customer Service Certifications would be beneficial
