NPI Engineer (Special Purpose Machinery)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits.

Excellent opportunity for a someone with any new product experience within special purpose machinery to work for a global organisation working on a wide range of highly technical projects.

The company themselves are a well-known manufacturer who uses specialist bespoke machineries to create and develop their products. They are growing rapidly and are quickly becoming a household name in the industry, and as a result are looking to grow their Engineering team.

In this role you will be required to ensure process strategies and calibrations are strong and scalable. You will be measuring performances via theoretical modelling and empirical assessment whilst consistently delivering process improvements to increase product throughput. Within in this role the correct candidate will be introducing process improvement into production and provide the required documents and training, they will also be 3rd line support to implement solution. The Role:

  • Work on a variety of highly technical development projects.
  • Reviewing and reporting frequent process performance issues
  • Finding route caused analysis/Trouble shooting
  • Progress into a leadership position within a market leading business.
  • Monday to Friday role

The Person:

  • Strong Physics/Material Science degree
  • Field experience (PHD or equivalent)
  • Strong Mathematical background
  • Coding Package
