Established over 25 years ago, this UK-based company has achieved significant international growth, particularly in the US, providing Subsea, Terrestrial, and MMI services to world-leading hyperscalers. Fast-paced and dynamic, they pride themselves on delivering results while fostering an employee-focused culture that encourages loyalty, innovation, and excellence.

You will take full ownership of the Denver NOC and one overseas site, supporting a world-leading hyperscaler with 24x7x365 coverage for Subsea, Terrestrial, and MMI services. With approximately 27 direct reports, this role manages Principal Engineers, NOC Engineers, and Programme Support teams. Responsibilities include incident, change, and problem management for mission-critical network infrastructure supporting leading global service providers and hyperscalers.

The Person

* Proven NOC leadership experience
* Background in Subsea and Terrestrial services
* Confident overseeing two NOC sites (Denver & UK)
* Strong operational leadership: strategy, change, and continuous improvement
* Excellent people management skills across NOC Engineers, Team Leads, and Programmers
* Based within commuting distance of Denver, Colorado

The Role

* Lead 24/7/365 NOC operations supporting critical network infrastructure
* Support top-tier global service providers and hyperscalers
* Manage and mentor Principal Engineers, NOC Engineers, and Programme Support teams
* Drive incident response, problem management, and operational improvements
* Oversee network monitoring, service delivery, and SLA compliance
* Enhance processes, tooling, and operational efficiency
