This is an office-based role where you will work closely with multiple departments, including assembly, production, engineering and clients, to help design, improve and develop mechanical products and prototypes. You will be involved in creating detailed drawings and 3D models, supporting CNC manufacturing processes, interpreting technical specifications, adjusting prototypes and supporting projects from concept through to manufacture.

This role will suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes, hands-on machining experience, and the ability to design mechanical components using SolidWorks or CAD software. Experience working with prototypes, tooling, assemblies or precision-engineered products is highly desirable.
The Role
* Designing mechanical parts, tooling, assemblies and prototypes using SolidWorks and CAD
* Supporting CNC manufacturing and machining processes
* Working closely with production, engineering and assembly teams
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
