£50,000 - £60,000 + Car + 33 days holiday + Benefits

Do you have experience in mechanical building Services Design? Do you have experience of running projects from start to finish?

On offer is a Mechanical Building Services Design engineer position with a well established SME that have ambitious growth plans. This is a role where you will work on projects start to finish, site surveys and validations within mechanical services design including schools, hotels, offices and many other projects.

Previous experience in running projects within mechanical building services design is essential, the range of software that this company use mean they will train any shortfalls, be it in Revit, thermal modelling in TAS, being able to carry out load calc's or be it in carrying out EPC's or validation surveys.

This role would suit a Mechanical building services design engineer, with experience of running projects from start to finish looking to join a well established and expanding SME based in a commutable location to Bromsgrove.

The Role:
· Mechanical building services design, VRV, VAV, Wet Heating, CHWS 4 pipe FCUs,
· Projects from start to finish, including site surveys and validations
· Technical development
· Career opportunities to senior positions

The Person:
· Experience in running projects from start to finish in mechanical building services design
· Looking to learn Revit or previous experience
· Looking for a company that can continue to develop your skills further
