£40,000 - £50,000 + Progression to directorship + High growth business + Luxury offices

Are you an experienced marketing manager looking for an exciting position that will allow you to progress into a marketing director role.

This is a key position for us within which you will have a direct influence in positively changing lives whilst driving forward expansion plans.

We are looking for a motivated individual to drive our marketing strategy, communicate our brand and support our vision in where we see this company going. This is an autonomous role where you will be expected to lead to execution of marketing initiatives across a range of media channels.

Within this role you will be focusing on three key areas; client engagement, candidate engagement and internal recruitment. This is a digitally biased role within which you will liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to shape your own marketing strategy.

This role is an empowered and flexible position allowing the right candidate to work the way that suits them best. You will be based near to our head office in central Bristol. We are currently undergoing exciting expansion with offices opening in Manchester, London and Miami at the start of 2022.

This opportunity is perfect for an experienced all-round marketer looking for a role within an international business with progression to directorship.

The role:
*Demonstrable experience in marketing, including creating and managing marketing strategies and tactical plans
*Strong understanding of data and how it informs marketing decisions;
*Experience preparing and managing a budget;
*A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation and written and verbal communication skills;
*Previous people management experience would be desirable, but is not essential as training and support will be provided;
*Social Media Management
*Website Maintenance and development
*Creation of marketing materials
*Liaising with internal and external managers
*Brand Development
*Client Engagement
*Candidate engagement

The person:
*At least 5 years experience
*Experience leading marketing campaigns
*Experienced in content creation
*Excellent communicator
*Management experience desirable but not essential
*Looking to progress
*Good sense of humour
