£24,000 - £30,000 + Training, Progression, Growing company, Excellent benefits

This company have recently opened a new production facility and are now looking to grow their production team as the business supply a range of leading FMCG and food clients with their packaging. The company offering training on all their equipment, with the view of progressing staff long term.

The role itself will be working on the production line using high spec automated machines that the company will provide training on. Fault find and rectify issues on the plant equipment, with an emphasis on quality, as the work will be low volume batches.

The right candidate will have some experience in a production/manufacturing facility, able to work well in a team with good communication skills. The successful candidate will benefit from excellent training opportunities and the freedom to progress into various routes into senior roles.
