Maintenance Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus Scheme + Further Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits
Maidstone (Commutable from: Rochester, Sittingbourne, Sevenoaks, Hempstead, Tonbridge, Aylesford)
Are you an Engineer looking to take the next step up into a management role for a multinational company, where you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the department?
On offer is a highly autonomous role where you have the chance to take the technical lead for a global leading organization, managing a team of specialist engineers.
This industry leading manufacturer are dominating the food industry. They have continued to grow in recent years and have ambitious plan to expand further.
In this varied role you will be directly managing the maintenance department and coordinating the maintenance of all production equipment across the site.
This would suit an engineer looking to step up into a management role for a well-established global leader.
The Role:
- Overseeing a team of 14 specialist engineers.
- Coordinating the maintenance of equipment across the production site.
- Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
The Person:
- Recognized Engineering qualification.
- Experienced with managing / leading engineers.
- Looking to step up into a management role.
