£35,000 - £40,000 (Regular Salary Review) + Training + Autonomy + Progression + Half Day Friday + 27 Days Holiday + Pension

On offer is a senior and autonomous role leading Lean and CI activities production across Site

This business is the World's leading Manufacturer in their specialist field, supplying equipment to a wide variety of industries across the UK, American and Asia. They have grown rapidly since their founding and are still thriving through this period of economic uncertainty, investing heavily back into the business. So they can keep up with demand and future growth, they are looking to bring in an additional Lean Engineer with progression into a senior role

In this role, you will play a key part in all onsite Lean Production. You will have full autonomy to review production processes within every aspect of the company and implement new strategies to improve production and manufacturing across the site. There is assembly and manufacture on site, so you will get to see the results of your work. The role is days based with an early finish on Fridays.

The Role:

*Lean Engineer

*Review of all Production Processes and Implementation of new strategies

*Regular Salary Review

The Person:

*Knowledge of Lean Processes, CI and or Six Sigma

*Broad Engineering knowledge

*Live commutable to Falmouth
