An excellent opportunity for a land and measured building surveyor who is looking to grow within an experienced surveying firm.
On offer is the chance to to join a highly experienced provider of survey information to clients throughout the UK; this entails working with clients across the complete spectrum of property and construction.
The company has been developed by the retention of existing clients and obtaining new clients through recommendation in our ability to provide quality surveys on time and to budget.
In this role you should be able to work at any position within the survey team to achieve the project objectives.
The ideal applicant will have significant experience in carrying out topographical as well as Measured Building surveys and preparing accurate 2D drawings presenting the results using AutoCAD software.

* Carry out and prepare measured building and topographical surveys
* Surveying work in primarily in the UK but possibility of some work abroad
* Monitor and train less experienced members of staff
* Preparing safety critical paperwork
* An excellent working knowledge of Total Stations
* To be computer literate and conversant with AutoCAD
* To be able to work under minimum supervision
* A full UK drivers licence is essential.
