Technical Support Engineer (First Line)
Manchester (5 days a week on-site)
£25,000-£35,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Progression opportunities

Are you an ambitious Technical Support Engineer looking for an autonomous role offering the ability to manage your diary from the very first day?

Being office based you will have a variety of functions including; supporting the sales team and reporting to the I.T. director based in L.A. Other duties include CRM administration and a range of First Line PC Support.

The Role
*Provide a range of First Line duties to onsite users
*CRM Administration
*Help and assist with training for company application products

The Person
*Degree in Computer Science, or something similar
*Excellent customer service skills
*Advanced MS Excel skill
*CRM admin experience
