In this on-site position you will form an integral part of the business, owning the planning, operation, and continuous improvement of IT systems across a multi-site organization. You will operate in a hands-on leadership role, managing internal support and external vendors while ensuring infrastructure, security, and applications are aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

The Position:
- Lead and manage IT operations across corporate and remote sites, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of all systems
- Oversee infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, storage, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLAs, uptime, and service quality are consistently met
- Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management initiatives, including access controls, disaster recovery, and audit readiness
- Plan and execute IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements across the business
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable and secure technology solutions
The Person:
- Experienced IT professional with a background in infrastructure, systems, or IT management
- Strong project management and vendor management experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid understanding of networking, Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role with ownership across multiple systems and projects
- Flexible to support occasional after-hours work, site visits, and urgent system needs
