Interim Production Manager-Improvement Projects

Bristol area

£40-45K, 7AM-4PM M-T, 7am-2pm Friday

6 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential for extension/permanency

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager, looking for a very interesting interim role focusing on continuous improvement projects?

The opportunity is for an immediate start within a fast growing SME business, with full order books. If the role fits then there is potential for the role to become permanent.

The role

  1. Six month fixed term contract working M-F on days based in Bristol with occasional travel to the sister site in Newport.
  2. General management of the production department including a team of circa 15 staff.
  3. Strong focus on continuous improvement using lean manufacturing practices and identifying efficiency's.


The person

  1. Experience Production Manager
  2. Strong track record of hands-on involvement in continuous improvement project
  3. Available to start at short notice
