Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who has partially completed their CIPD level 5 and is looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic company where you will oversee the recruitment drive and support existing staff.

This company are global leaders in the design and production of fibre optic measurement technologies which are used in the renewable energy industry to improve the efficiency of renewable energy generation. They have undergone massive expansion over the past 18 months to meet the demands for their products in Europe, Asia and the US, it is because of this expansion they are now looking for a HR Officer to help support further growth.

In this role you will be the main contact for all recruitment activities, this will include going through ad response, liaising with candidates, agencies and hiring managers to book interviews, passing on interview feedback and leading the onboarding of new starters. You will also support the HR Manager and Office Manager with wellbeing and culture incentives and act as a liaison for existing employees.

The ideal candidate will have previous expereince as a HR officer and have at least partly completed their CIPD level 5 qualification. To be successful you will need to have the character one looks for in a HR professional and impeccable communication skills as well as strong microsoft office capabilities.

The Person:
*Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role
*Part qualified in CIPD level 5
*Self motivated and strong communication skills
*Good Microsoft experience and excellent organisational skills
